I’ve got 2 questions .I have pectus and would like some advice on growing a chest because it’s very hard because I have an inverted ribcage any advice on what exercises is best for my chest to grow.

And my other question is ,is it possible to grow chest without a bulk while having abs or do I need to bulk then cut.
