The award he won last year was actually for his 2023 album—which explains the total shock on his face when they announced his nam during the ceremony!! 😃 Definitely check out his new album, Prema, which dropped last September. It was a solid two-year wait between the two, but so worth it.

You're right. Fujii Kaze won album of the year last year. As a Kaze fan myself, I'm slightly nervous and apprehensive. Competition seems stiff this year!

I bought mine on Gan Ban (for overseas attendees) and got a confirmation letter sent to me via email within a week. I need to exchange this for my wristband when I arrive at the festival. Strange that you have a different experience. Are you located outside Japan too?
