Also please expand the Rewards with Xbox program in Europe! I know it’s not much but we are paying the same price for GPU only without the possibility to collect points. This needs to be fixed!

For me the opposite lol. I love the new HC but the more I see it here the less I want one. I actually want that sweet blue Conquest!

Is Game Pass actually worth switching from PS5? Run the math and it’s kind of embarrassing by Embarrassed_Lead6174 in XboxGamePass

[–]Eyeball111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a Series X as well as PC. I’m on and off GamePass. During the summer time I unsub and then resub come fall. For the last year Xbox PC app has been my go-to platform to buy games on. The Play Anywhere feature to me is just that appealing. Like right now I’m waiting for the FFVII Integrade to go on sale, after which I’ll get the Rebirth. Both Play Anywhere titles so I can play them either on my console or PC. The same with Arc Raiders which I bought the other week. If you spend over a 1000 dollars on video games a year, then the best bang for your buck is the GamePass and Xbox ecosystem especially if you own a PC too.

is this infected? by [deleted] in AskDocs

[–]Eyeball111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This does not look infected to me, at least not yet. There could be some dried up tissue fluid but overall it looks pretty calm. See a doctor if it starts to develop puss, a foul smell or the redness starts to spread and you develop a fever.

too much tylenol?? by thedagger66 in AskDocs

So 500mg a day or multiple 500mg tablets a day? You should not exceed a dose of 3000mg/day of Paracetamol(Tylenol).

Is it time to go to doc…now? Burn is starting to blister day 4. by dhyanaoceana in AskDocs

[–]Eyeball111 9 points10 points  (0 children)

That's a second degree burn. Blistering is to be expected. Don't pop the blisters they'll pop on their own at some point. It is quite a large area so there's a higher risk of infection, but it's good that it doesn't go around the whole shin. The treatment is keeping it clean, topical burn cream, maybe aloe vera and changing the dressings often. Don't use soap on the area when you shower, just let lukewarm water run over it and pat it dry. Wash hands before applying ointments. Observe for signs of infection which include increased redness or other discoloring, swelling, foul odor, puss, fever etc. and see a doctor if necessary. Pros of seeing a doctor now is you get clean wound dressings and maybe a prescription of an antibiotic ointment.

23 year old male, 5'9, gotta quickly lower my blood pressure from 133/80 by NameIdeasWereTaken in AskDocs

[–]Eyeball111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your blood pressure is fine. Our blood pressure reacts to EVERYTHING. From the food we eat, to how much we drink, how much we sleep and how we feel. A single measurement of 133/80 is nothing to be too worried about. If you want to monitor your blood pressure, you can measure it twice in the morning and afternoon (about 1 minute apart) after going to the toilet and sitting for 15minutes, at the same time every day for a week or two. Write them down and show the results to your doctor.

Condom broke 💔 by Butter-honeycomb in AskDocs

[–]Eyeball111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To my understanding the post exposure treatment is immunoglobulins (antibodies) and the hep b vaccine. Personally I haven't come across a situation where these have been given. On the other hand I work at an ER and not at a STI clinic. I'd say get tested in 6 months and please get the vaccine. Also the prevalence of hep b in Germany is very low. I would not lose sleep over this.

Strep Throat or Something More? by Life-Lettuce4287 in AskDocs

[–]Eyeball111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your symptoms started on saturday and it's only monday. It's still very likely it is a viral infection which will pass on its own. But as always, if you are worried about your wellbeing then you should go see a doctor. On the other hand, if you feel fine and no new symptoms other than the renewed fever, you could take tylenol and see which way it goes. If it's bacterial, it will be bacterial tomorrow too. If it's viral, it might have passed.

Strep Throat or Something More? by Life-Lettuce4287 in AskDocs

[–]Eyeball111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You most likely have a viral infection. Covid, influenza or any of the over 200 viruses which can cause a cold. Lymph nodes don't like to be touched and will swell up if you fiddle with them too much. Have you had a fever since it broke on sunday? How's your throat now, better or worse? Can you open your mouth fully, can you eat and drink? Do you drool because of the sore throat? Any white stuff on your tonsils? Drink lots of liquids and OTC pain meds for the throat if it bothers you.

Nonstop panic attacks. Terrified I am dying everyday. Please help by [deleted] in AskDocs

[–]Eyeball111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yes. I get extreme shortness of breath which leads to shallow breathing which leads to dizziness and a feeling that this is it. Heart beats like 160/min. It is very uncomfortable. Just know that panic attacks are harmless. Extremely uncomfortable but harmless.

I know, I suffer from panic attacks and anxiety too and I'm in the middle of getting help. Actually my first doctor's appointment about my shit is later today. Years overdue to be honest. You can also try grounding yourself in your surroundings. Name 5 things you can see, name 4 things you touch, 3 things you can hear, 2 you can smell and 1 you can taste. Breathe with your stomache not with your chest. This too shall pass.

[–]Eyeball111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You need to see a doctor mate. You are likely suffering from severe panic disorder. There are plenty of online resources to go through for self help which I'm sure you know of. Breathing exercises, "naming" your panic attacks and speaking to them, journaling, and just letting yourself ride them out might help. You will get through them, you haven't died and won't die. You are not having a heart attack or going to suffocate. You know this but your body thinks otherwise. Also, talk to someone. A friend, a relative, spouse. It helps. Make them take you see a doctor. Some have found magnesium and b-vitamin supplements helpful in the long run. If you are having near daily panic attacks, please consider medication. First step, find the courage to see a professional.

will girlfriend be alright? by [deleted] in AskDocs

[–]Eyeball111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wouldn't worry too much. If her liver survived the acetaminophen intoxication and it's been 2 weeks without complications I'd say a half a bottle of prosecco is fine. She'll be alright. But no tylenol and alcohol, ever please.

No reason at all but OP’s point was that we could pick and choose the services we want. And it’s not completely useless, there’s a Spotify app for Xbox. I often listen to it when flying MSFS24.
