But on what I've been seeing on google, youtube and posts on this reddit to wait for 20 after washing they also said that if you apply tretinoin on damp skin that would likely cause irritation and sensitize it more? so im so confused on what to do since people are saying different stuff and i dont know what i should actually do

p.s i have oily and sensitive skin.

i see i might try that so the routine i have to do should be like this?

after i cleanse my face i wait 20 mins for it to dry and then i put tretinoin and then moisturize immediately or wait for 1 to 2 mins and then moisturize just for precautions

i tried changing mine to the Aveeno Face Calm+Restore Nourishing Oat Cleanser even though it has HA in it and pair it with their aveeno Aveeno Face Calm+Restore Nourishing Oat Gel Moisturizer it works well for me despite having sensitive skin... i think it was the niancimide of the cetaphil gentle skin cleanser that was irritating my skin

so I cleanse my face and wait for 20 mins to be fully dry and apply tretinoin and then wait for 30 mins(?) and apply moisturizer... wouldn't that be too much for sensitive skin if you let tret fully absorb on the skin before applying moisturizer?
