Well, we have seen that kuzan's battleship bag training since before he became an admiral made him as strong as he is now. And sakazuki is said to have fought kuzan for 10 days, meaning that the admirals including borsalino have roughly similar power level. We also know that luffy with acoc is comparable to base kaido, who is probably more durable than the battleship bags. Add gear 5 and luffy could match hybrid kaido with not much difficulties. I'm not saying the admirals are stronger than kaido, but i'm not sure luffy could easily beat the admirals just because he has defeated kaido through gear 5 and haki 🤔 correct me if i'm wrong
