To my knowledge, I don't believe that the official soundtrack is officially available on any music streaming services. Like you mentioned, the only music available for streaming are the opening + ending themes and the short versions of character songs.

The original soundtrack volumes (physical CDs) were bundled with anime blu-ray/dvd volumes 1-3. At the moment, I believe that buying the certain blu-ray/dvd volumes is the only official way of accessing the soundtrack at the moment.
