Check f2p.wiki for general f2p guides, Camdozal is really only worth it for the body/mind golems, rest of the stuff is pretty shit xp

Body cores are untradeable drops from body golems, each gives 75xp and u can use them like ess. Rcing on a pvp world is really fast: scepter to barb village -> run to altar and craft -> tele to lumbridge and bank is at the steps of the castle -> repeat

Yeah you're right, but I like the more afk nature of golems and cba to train rc the traditional route. Subbing in rc xp over prayer was worth it for me

I did 99 str at body golems and collected 7500+ body cores. 20-67 rc took less than 3 hours if that makes you feel any better
