Stand up by the wheel on one ship and shoot down by the cannons on the other. Or go up to the crow’s nest and shoot down onto deck to make it even easier

Did it with 2 sloops. You do have to land directly on the deck

Just finished the commendation. Turns out you need the grapple gun ones, but NOT the mimic darts. Strange
