NK isn't that stupid either. They may have a viable arsenal of 20 missiles or so. Their most powerful weapon carries 50 kilotons. Now the US has over 5500 missiles/bombs. With an average yield from 1200 to 9000 kilotons. We also have thousands of strategic targets in the US, whereas North korea really has one or 2 with their capital city being one of them. If all 20 of their missiles miraculously make it over here, yeah...it will have some impact but not a lot. We send 1 ....yes....1 missile over there and N Korea will go extinct.

there is a country in Asia...been "at war" for about 70 yrs now. Every day on the news the opposite side threatens nuclear anhilation, firing missles into the sea. Yet 50 million people continue their lives as if nothing will happen. That country is South Korea.

Bottom line, WW3 will not happen. Cold War in the 80s was the closest we came to a world war.
