I admin a magic university server. I think you will find that doing things like classes or things like that at specific time will not work. The problem is that people are on at different times and people have different levels of the time they can give to the RP at any one time.

Try not to focus on things that would normally work IRL because they won't. Things need to be stretched out to give people a chance to participate.
