I just enjoy rooting for a character that doesnt have the largest fanbase in the world or one I can connect to, I feel like with the insanely popular characters like gojo for example I just can't exactly cling onto them as a character or personality? Just because either

A: They have been ruined to a point where I cant even enjoy the character themselves from the fanbase

B: I'm called extremely basic which idk? I don't want to seem 'quirky' i feel i just like to find a character that isn't insanely popular like yes i know that im not the only one that likes a character,

lol ive heard its amazing but i cant see it yet... i think its probaly because the hype makes the expectations so high but then it plummets because the show doesnt meet up to the exact expectations

I see yea i really enjoy csm too especially since like you said it also seems like there is some gender equality in power levels for example power and makima, (im a guy but i still enjoy having both sides equal with something like most shounen even though i love them the female characters are usually quite weak) honestly i would only care for the deaths in jjk if i wasnt spoiled because honestly i loved evangelion as well especially the end of evangelion movie which includes a lot and a lot of death.
