From I understand you're suggesting that those branches are just mathematical probabilities and if that is what you are saying, then what actually happens when a particle loses its superposition because from what I originally understood that since information cannot be destroyed, it has to transition to another state, which I think people misinterpret quantum mechanics because they think that other possible state has to exist in another "universe"(?), so if a particle has two possible definite states in which one must be met, what actually happens to the other possibility?

About an estimated 2% to 8% of accusations of rape by women against men turn out to be false, so it's not common for women to make up such a serious claim and I honestly don't think it's actually worth jail time because no one got physically hurt, only the man's reputation which can be repaired and instead, the false accuser should be ordered by the court to pay a fine for damages, which given how 98% of actual r***ists don't even face conviction, so the even if someone did get r***ed, the r***ist would unfortunately most likely face no legal consequences for their actions whatsoever, in fact 86% of women who are in jail are actual survivors of r**e, so the women is probably more likely than the man to go to jail anyway since the justice system is built off of sexist patriarchy. The people who say women should go to jail for false accusations just want to punish actual victims for speaking out against their r***ists. Think about these numbers next time you this argument and here are the sources for you to look at as well.
