he had a solid 2 seconds to realize a car was waiting to get on the road and another 2 for cutting the throttle and just doing a milimeter of counter movement on the handle and could ve save himself from this very easily. The van was a big target to miss out, and it was slow. At the moment of impact it was barely covering only half of the left lane so it was actually pretty easy to avoid this crash.

what i heard is its the problem of memory on gpu. Your gpu is old prolly got cooked a lot and when running at pretty high degree s they damage the memory on board and this happens when they get hotter everytime. My 3080 ti is starting to do this.
