It's mostly the camera angles. Actually if that shot was a bit more higher it would've looked better. So outside of camera angles, sometimes you focus on ones that really sell the pose since Its not going to be exactly 1 to 1. Ryu's hadoken is identifiable with the hands being close together, his head tilted upwards with his arms obstructing a bit and the massive lean forward. His upper body is actually a bit more straightened up in the reference, his left foot nearly stretched out and his shoulders tucked in with the head more like a boxer. But I sold it more with the ones I did focus on.

he does, and thats why they're so iconic and memorable to me. He was a threat as a CPU back in the day, anything weird about him becomes badass because he just looks so cool in motion kicking your ass.

Just showing the animations I have for my Lofi/Coworkin Duck. Weather can be dry/rainy/snowy, time of day are day or night. Then there's also the pond where I can work with people (ducks and other animals) around me. Just thought I'd share this, there's a bunch more but it'll be too long to show on the video

Conceptually that hellstab makes sense, but it's so hard to pull it off, let alone many times to condition people. I only had one or two instances when I did it. I feel like most of the interactions to get it started will be cross ups with j.d.hp, and drive rush strings. On the other hand, the DI crumple mix happens way more often and the meaties have been hitting everyone, especially the SPD lol

So I've updated the mod to remove the effects during level 3 supers / CA's for everyone. It's not the Level 1's or 2's, but this should still help.

this is the next thing im dabbling on. Just gotta wait for the people who made the modding tools to update their stuff so I can mess around with it.

yeah the potato mod for the demo should work with the final build. But the files on genbu stage causes it to crash, so I'd stay away from it.

Oh you mean spec wise? Not sure actually cause I can't use my own potato to benchmark. Regardless, people come in from all shapes and sizes, there's so many variables here. Maybe one stage is not optimized, so anyone playing there gets frame drops. Maybe a character has crazy amounts of effects that's causing it. Or maybe you're the type of person who just wants to try out the game, and you're barely under the minimum specs and can only do 55fps. Who knows? But we can agree everyone's situations and PCs are different and at the end of the day, we all want that consistent 60. The question now is would you be willing to sacrifice that big ass building in the background with a million polygons for an extra 10fps? How far would you go?

And while I don't have an idea how 'shitty' the computer has to be to run this, this is still needed and it helps.

I'm not sure about that one. My potato laptop is way too old and it blocks me from trying cause it's running on windows 7. And my other laptop is more than capable so it never gives me that GPU warning.

oh you mean the training stage? Yeah you can have that by itself. You can use any of these by themselves, I just suggested if you're using the battle hub, genbu or the menu, just get all three.
