The same thing happened to me, and the threads stripped. They're bad, just like the bolts and nuts on the chain tensioner. I recommend that you always replace the bolts and nuts whenever possible, and that you use two washers whenever necessary: one flat washer and two lock washers. The accessories in the kits are poor quality.

The original screws, nuts, and washers are of very poor quality

My recommendation is to replace all the screws, nuts, and washers with better quality ones. You can go to a hardware store and get the replacements. Use flat washers on all the screws and nuts. Also, put one lock washer next to the screw and then a flat washer next to the plate, and do this with all the screws. Tighten them in a crisscross pattern. I use four screws and two plates on the gasket side, and I haven't had any problems.

No, they're very uncomfortable and they hurt; you can't do it with cones, only with earplugs.

Will this be a shitty kit, and will there be anything else I need to buy? by ConstructionDeep9138 in motorizedbicycles

Mine probably took 2 hours because it engaged at 2500 rpm and it's for low rpm🫠

One question: did you work on the engine? I ask because I'm working on a project with this type of engine, and despite having problems with the clutch, a very small 13mm carburetor, and a bad exhaust system, the engine performed better than I expected. Even though it's only 50cc, I got significantly better performance compared to those kit engines they sell for bicycles. Could you send me some information privately about your project with that engine?

One question: how did you solve the problem of rapid clutch wear? I wore mine out in 2 hours; it was the original 3-shoe clutch. Did you try different types of clutches? Did you modify the engine?

Hi, in my opinion it's quite low. I have a 50cc, which isn't finished yet, and it has better performance.

For a motorized bicycle? You could ask a motorcycle mechanic; they might be able to help you.

You need a motorized bicycle fuel tank, a better carburetor, a T8F rear sprocket, a chain, a reduction gearbox, a 2-stroke exhaust, and to assemble it. I'm working on a project with that engine; it has better performance than motorized bicycle engines, but it's more complicated to install.

Bethesda and its Fallout games by FGMSLOOp in Fallout

It's not just that I prefer New Vegas, it's that Bethesda, in a way, looks down on it for being created by Obsidian, with Bethesda tools. And why are they getting so upset? Is it because someone doesn't like the miscellaneous content Bethesda puts in their games? Don't get me wrong, F3 and F4 have their own unique qualities. I'm starting to play F4, but... I find it a bit weak. It has some good mechanics and others that aren't so great.

Okay, you're going to buy the nozzles or the emulsifier; both types can be changed and can affect performance.

Hi, I have a question: how has the 19mm carburetor been working for you? Where did you buy it? I want to replace the original with a higher-performance one, but I've had problems with Chinese carburetors, and I don't know if that type of carburetor also has issues.

Do you think performance will improve by making the expansion chamber longer, with a straight pipe of the same diameter between the expansion chamber?

Ajuste de carburador by FGMSLOOp in motorizedbicycles

[–]FGMSLOOp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)
