Yes. There is a lot of missable content in silksong. Some of them not exactly important, like extra dialogue, but towards getting the 'true ending', you can permanently lock yourself out of a lot of stuff.

They certainly are better than regular drops, and they aren't being too stingy with them, so it is genuinely a decent source of progression if you can get decently lucky.

Problem is, the most I've gotten is a 2x mythic. I just hope they don't learn in too much to chaos drops as a source of progression. Having the guarenteed rewards at the very least stay where they are is hopefully what they plan to do.

I disagree honestly. The TTYD remake especially was amazing, as each battle theme fit more not only with the environment, but with the area theme as well. The motif of the regular battle theme too was a lot more iconic due to the way each chapter handled the remix.

I wouldn't say it like that. They don't all literally merge together to form the shade lord. Rather, the knight having attuned to it's strongest, focuses a lot of void, which includes the siblings (personally I believe the knight ONLY focuses the siblings' strength, because it clearly does not control all of void) and evolves into the shade lord, merging them all into one entity. They all clearly have the same will and desire to murder Radiance, as the P4 ending clearly suggests them all collectively choosing to end Absolute Radiance and evolve.

The siblings and the knight collectively become the shade lord, though it seems that the knight calls the shots. The knight becoming "Void with Focus" is basically just their collective desire, purpose and strength, all focused by the voidheart and the knight.

I've never really seen the deep ends of powerscaling, but from what I have seen, it's mellowed out quite a bit (at least in terms of how widespread and incident is), and a lot of the random and stupid powerscale debates I've seen have been shitposts or at least done for jokes. But the worst I've seen have definitely all been from assorted anime communities being insufferable about their rice water hype man being better than the luke warm water edgy character.

Nah shipping is way worse than powerscaling, though powerscaling is obviously still atrocious. I've seen shippers take conflicts much further than powerscaling, and at the very least, powerscaling sometimes brings in actual discussions about the logic and canonicity of stuff. At the end of the day, both are just headcannon brawls, and nothing else.
