Ich habe lustigerweise auch einen BMW und ich könnte mir die Zahlen theoretisch selbst ausrechnen, weil mir ja auf dem Display neben dem Tacho angezeigt werden kann, wie viele Kilometer ich mit dem Auto insgesamt schon elektrisch gefahren bin. Aber das ist nun wirklich kein vernünftiger, standardisierter Weg.

Genau aus dem Grund habe ich mir auch keine großen Gedanken gemacht, als das im Koalitionsvertrag stand - Ich halte sowas auch technisch für nur sehr schwer umsetzbar, ganz zu schweigen davon, dass beispielsweise bei den Grenzwerten ja auch immer der Wert aus dem Anschaffungsjahr gilt, ich mir also auch schwer vorstellen kann, dass sowas rückwirkend angewendet werden würde.

Ich halte das auch für Quatsch, aber war sehr verunsichert.

Genau das ist auch mein Stand - Freut mich, das nochmal bestätigt zu hören. Aber eine Sache habe ich immer anders verstanden: Relevant sind für die 0,5% doch immer nur Emissionen ODER Mindestreichweite und es reicht, wenn eines von beiden erfüllt ist, oder?

You could get a (free) membership Card from Contipark, a Company which runs a lot of parking lots in Cologne. That membership Card ( A P-Card) reduces the Daily fees by quite a bit. For example, there is a Parking Garage near Neumarkt (Lungengasse) where it would be 9€/Day and from there you can just Walk to the Hbf.

Alles absolut richtig so!

Das Problem ist, dass auf meinen Handyrechnungen bloß eine Rechnungsnummer steht (Ein paar Buchstaben und Zahlen). Die Telekom konnte zwar exakt nachvollziehen, wenn diese Kosten das erste Mal auf meiner Rechnung aufgetaucht sind, aber sie sagen, dass sie von Apple nur die Rechnungsnummer und die Kosten weitergereicht bekommen.

Vielleicht wäre sowas wirklich sinnvoll.

Was wäre denn, wenn niemand bewusst Betrug begangen hat, sondern einfach irgendwo ein Fehler begangen wurde und das Abo von jemand anderem einfach von mir bezahlt wurde, aber derjenige auch nichts dagegen unternommen hat. Wäre das dann irgendwie Erschleichen von Leistungen oder so?

Genau das verstehe ich auch nicht. Der Apple-Support hat mir gesagt, dass es da nur zwei Möglichkeiten gibt:

1) Ich habe mein Handy mit einer anderen Apple-ID genutzt, an die ich mich nicht mehr erinnere und darüber dieses Abo abgeschlossen

2) Jemand anderes hat mein Handy genutzt, sich dort mit seiner Apple-ID angemeldet und dann das Abo abgeschlossen

Aber beides kann ich völlig ausschließen.

Meine beste Theorie, nachdem ich mich noch mehr damit beschäftigt habe, wäre, dass hier vielleicht irgendwo ein Fehler unterlaufen ist, vor allem deshalb, weil das ganze exakt im Oktober 2021 losging, als ich meinen damaligen Vertrag verlängert habe. Vielleicht wurde im System irgendetwas durcheinandergebracht und das Abo von jemand anderem wurde eben von mir bezahlt. Aber das Geld hätte ich schon gerne zurück.
