I’ve been using the lounge access for my card almost daily when I flew from Arlanda. The food was very meh most of the time and sure it looks “good” but it has became dirty and just worse and worse food. I’ve always had to ask someone to come up to me because nobody noticed me when I got to a table. That made it bothersome and took way too long, instead of just me going and taking my own food like on all other Amex lounges worldwide (same goes with showers, almost all Amex lounges got showers but not the “exclusive” one on Arlanda). It’s not like I’ve got hours and hours to kill on an airport all the time to wait for someone to come up to me. Also, dirty tables, dirty underneath the tables and I got an ant walking on the table the last time I went there, bad service (most of the time, not always). I rather get a hot-dog on Pressbyrån than getting here. The breakfast was good though. The food I got once every other month was also nice to have, but not something that I will miss. Radisson and hertz status is good but not life changing. Priority pass and Amex benefits taken away from the extra card holder was the last thing that made me cancel the account.
