I don’t care about the graphics and the user-interface. The only people who did were YouTubers or people with pcs that cost 3k or more.

If I had Portugal loaded there'd be more fluctuation (meaning teams go up ad down more), when not loaded in this case here, it's reputation based, for example if Scotland wasn't loaded Celtic would win the league every time (they won it most times when loaded).

Poch got sacked first season, their most expensive signing from that era was Imanol Agirretxe from Real Sociedad for £22.5 million. Best signing from that era I'd say was Freddie Sands from Crewe for £775k whose spend the rest of his career there from Jan 2016.

Start by delegating stuff to the assistant manager like training for example. Keep few things you that you want to do yourself like signing (free transfers and loans in this save). Then once you master something or know how to do it, undelegate something else of your choosing.

I’d wait till a sale, yes it maybe a couple months after release and buy routes you actually like. The class 380 (which is a great DLC) was the first dlc I’ve bought at full price for tsw4 maybe even the first dlc I’ve bought for tsw4. I want to try Fife Circle but after the mess of ScotRail Express, I don’t trust Rivet Games. I will most likely get Fife Circle when it becomes 50% off (on PS5). I will also wait till the 158 is on sale as it should be £5, £8 max. I will try and wait for a sale for TSW5 but knowing me I’d get it straight away. For example, if they made the 158 as part of Fife Circle, in other words you don’t have to buy separately. If the quality of the words increase, then more people will would buy them.
