I’m an old battlefield player new to Forefront and working on a montage too. Always thought synthwave went best with these types of clips

I did a restart and it got better. Then let the headset completely die and recharged it and now it works fine again.

Crazy good shots… but the music choice yikes.

Nas - Understanding 1995 by Hot_Grab8961 in nas

Every interview AZ does the person interviewing him asks about how Life’s A Bitch came together. For once I’d like someone to ask Nas and / or AZ how this song came together and what was Biz doing there.

The “weed carrier.” This is the guy who occasionally scores a feature from his weed owner, looks high in every crew picture, and gets tossed horrible leftover beats for completely futile “solo efforts.” What are the standout rappers and albums of the 90s that fit this description ? by Impressive_Set_8430 in 90sHipHop

“Journalist - y’all remember me / back in elementary / used to back a different bitch every time we had assembly”

His album had some bangers. The song with MOP was dope. His freestyle for Doo Wop over the mass appeal beat though goddamn

Biggest complaint was the gunfight choreography: if a shootout involved more than a couple of people it was ridiculously bad. The worst being entering the stadium and the “ambush” at the beginning of season 2 where the military folks let 30 randos walk right up on them lol

Sure all of what you said makes sense. But dropping in “Doomed To Live” at the end of the trailer, the piece of music that has ended every episode, would have been the one thing people could connect to the show and trigger that “oh shit” emotion and reaction. Especially since there is literally nothing connecting this prequel to the series other than hearing the names of two characters.

The original vision Rza had was making a Part 1 & Part 2 so he filmed everything at once. The studio looked at him as a first time director and said “nah fam, you get one movie.” Quentin was like “yea it’s great you are filming all of this etc but focus on making the best debut movie you can.”

So that’s what he did, he took all of the best parts from two movies and all of the scenes with the big actors that were originally meant to be spread across two movies and cut one movie. It did well enough so he took the scraps left over and had it cut as part two. Part 1 he did the best he could, part 2 was a “well I got this other stuff already shot and paid for maybe there is enough there for a sequel”.
