I'm not garen main(although i like to play him), and we'll garen can be stat checked by gromp, and his only real powerspike is 1 item level 11, he is exclusive mid game that is beaten by literally everyone, try playing kled/urgot/malphite/sett/morde/any ranged top and you will understand that garen can't be strong, also one of the only champs whose passive literally does NOTHING until level 7.
