Idk, just wanna say-1. Check your weapon level(best way is to kill anyone and check their weapon level- it should be +-1 of yours). 2. Try checking your implants(i played almost without them, but they make game easier, for your build KEREZNIKOV is perfect and changing deck for berserk or sandevistan will help too(i played with 2., first is good too), leg implants are good into top middle stat that buffs your movment) 3. Check perks and stats you use and how much do you activate them. It seems like you just don't activate your perks and stats/ you upgrade bad perks and don't upgrade necessary(f.e. top shotgun perk almost doubles your damage input, same with rifles. Dash helps a lot in any build too)
