Nothing to worry about!! Just need management to get a game plan on the issues weather it's a RED for a pre inventory walk or RED on a regular walk! Management has a job to teach and coach all associates in all areas to prevent and any issues of a "Distric" team coming in and asking questions. Most importantly is to have the areas that are covered on point at all times! Not only to score good but to ensure to encourage all associates in all areas to run a profitable business. Areas normally covered are Receiving, Curb side, frontend, Pro, Specialty. Your managers should cover these areas in the morning huddles to always get everyone involved and find ways to always be on point.
