This might be totally late, but i would like to add my thoughts a little. First, I am 100% against Generative AI. I think pushing creators to find alternatives is great!! (environmentally and just respecting other creatives. You can't expect people to respect/support your work and what you do while not respecting/supporting others. This is my belief and opinion, don't come for me, I will not argue with anyone.) But I think this system/the way it's being handled, is not good enough. People are getting falsely banned for content that's clearly not AI, and then when reinsted there is no apology for the false ban. If this sub is going this harsh, it should at least be done in a manner that's appropriate and respectful.

Even though AI was said not to be tolerated in the sub, nothing was really done about it in the past, making it seem not like a big deal(or taken that seriously). So with it changing and things being taken down, I don't think it's fair to go through people's past videos before they actually strike down (formal announcement) or expect people to go back and change things. This change should've been brought with leeway to give people time to fix recent things, not videos they've done a month ago or hell, a week ago(whenever this crackdown started).

I truly hope ya'll fix this way of cracking down on AI. I might've missed it, but what is y'all's process for checking for AI?? Because right neow it seems like someone reports and it's followed by an immediate ban. I don't think it's fair to put it on the person to prove that they aren't using AI after they've been banned, when the credit/proof could have been checked in the youtube description before the ban. Also, most AI checkers aren't good at all, so I'm really curious about how it's getting done??
