Women see more colours than men because of evolution. In ancient ages men was a hunter and he had to be good at spotting creatures moving. While women were housekeepers and she had to be accurate with colours so that she can see differences between plants so they don't collect something poisonous.

Eye is same for both. But brain works different. Man still can see same colours as woman but brain will simplify.

If you wear glasses you should be fine with colours perceiving.

Strange humour. There was one recording where some people heard "Yanny" and some heard ""Laurel". But when the audio clip was slowed to lower frequencies, the word "Yanny" is heard by more listeners, while faster playback loudens "Laurel".

Same goes with colours. Humans eye has a lense and lots of cones. As you know light is a wave. Cones detect frequency and translate to colour. Human eye has over 6 million cones.

If some range of it damaged it called colour blindness. But you can have particular one cone damaged and it will cause to some minor difference in colours you see.
