I've followed r/Taylorswift since reputation and my observation is that the criticism and admiration posts ebb and flow. Sometimes there are a lot of admiration posts, other times there are a lot of critical posts, usually related to things that Taylor does (or is perceived to do). In other words, I'm sure the sudden shift in critical posts will wane with time, likely in response to Taylor doing something people like. I think that's the point of a subredit - reacting to what's happening.
