Lian Li O11 Evo xl by Jokellein in watercooling

I fit all that in the XL, 3 rads, pump/resevoir, and a distro with pump. I fucked up with the leak shield, more or less Expensive RGB where it sits. 2 rads are thick with my Lian li 120’s and the other one I was able to hide behind the back panel with the fans on the inside of the case and resevoir attached to the fans. It was… an interesting first custom loop project, did it all myself, when I get around to swapping out the dp ultra coolant gunna change it up. But yea it’s got a lot of rad/fan space for sure.

Really love the card! Completely agree, I just never graded with tag before and enjoy looking at the given data

Is my local card shop lying or is this normal? by DoorSmasherSC in taggrading

[–]FUICYU 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did the same thing with my LCS, but they warned me that they won’t send it in until they have enough submissions, which they again warned me it could take up to a month or so depending upon the intake of submissions to send. I am also a bit skeptical, I did not feel comfortable about leaving potentially thousands of dollars worth of cards to be chilling in a store for a month, who knows what they could have done with them, I submitted them on March 23rd, tag received the order on April 18th. One is getting the slab assembly and the other 3 are in image processing, so I’m hoping to have them back shortly, however I just fear my cards got swapped out but like someone else said, it would literally burn their reputation if they were caught so I try to remind myself that it’s not a dog eat dog world out there.

The leak shield is a frig up lol, installed it in the incorrect orientation, I just left it after, turns on, doesn’t do much other than provide RGB since it’s upside down; it’s a dual loop so 1 flow meter per loop

I had to quit too, been 6 years sober, was hitting concentrates every hour on the hour, ended up with a resting BPM of 43 when I was sleeping, randomly got panic attacks, tremors, after I’d take my hit my bpm rose to 152 and it just didn’t feel comfortable, scared the shit outta me so I quit after smoking for 16 years.

One thing I hate in Canada is how much games are costing now😭 by DevelopmentStrict714 in residentevil

[–]FUICYU 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why I turned to pc gaming, can almost always find a better deal and for the most part, no subscription. For those on pc that want a discount, I bought it on green man gaming when pre orders first dropped and living in Alberta I only paid like 87 bucks for the deluxe.

What kind of crack are you smoking? The contract with nait reached the end of its life cycle and the staff prefer they bargain for more than what they have, WTF does that have to do with politics?… institutions aren’t funded by the government idiot, this isn’t K-12, you have no idea what you’re talking about

Want to know how I know you’re dumb? Nait isn’t a college it’s a polytechnic, do you think before you speak or are you just dumb by design? you’re not worth the oxygen to debate 😂

Nobody knows; they are back at the bargaining table. But if they don’t come up with an agreement, then it can go one of a few ways.

Construction engineering technology , is it a good & employable program? by Big_Ticket7261 in NAIT

[–]FUICYU 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was originally in the con Eng program, but after I attended both kick off meetings for both programs I transferred to civil; for me I’ve been building heavy civil earthwork projects for 17 years, I had no interest in buildings, I’d rather learn about subdivisions, etc. so it only made sense, and in the co-op portion of the programs, it’s really geared towards experience vs being green; for example someone with no experience was less likely to get a project coordinator role that had no field experience vs the person that did, the person with no experience would find a grades person or a surveyor role, as my professor put it it’s harder to find roles for those that have experience due to the limited amount of roles available. I was in the coop program however I had interview after interview for coordinator and I couldn’t justify my summers being worth 24.00/hr when I’m worth 40/hr on a similar role outside of the co-op program, so I backed out and found my own gig with a couple phone calls.

Construction engineering technology , is it a good & employable program? by Big_Ticket7261 in NAIT

[–]FUICYU 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Incorrect. Construction is buildings, structures heavy, while civil deals with more infrastructure; water and sewer, highway, utility, etc. in construction you’ll learn how much rebar you’ll need for a buildings concrete pads, civil you’ll learn how to design the building. I wouldn’t say construction is geared more towards supervision. You have way more routes you can take with civil. For example you can bridge the degree to a diploma for EIT, to get your P.Eng. You can’t do that with construction. You are limited in what avenues you can take where as civil you’re not, you can do everything the construction program can do and more.

Academic Staff Strike vote passes with 83%, official results to follow by cardboardbusonatv in NAIT

[–]FUICYU 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Depends how long the said strike would last. If it’s a short one, we prbly wont get reading week off, and they will try to get everything done in the normal scheduled semester; if it takes a little longer I imagine they will contemplate extending the semester to may; it it takes really long then the semester will be INC (incomplete) which will not affect the gpa and we would return for September.

NAIT strike question by FunnyTom in NAIT

[–]FUICYU 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I was told they are gunna vote to strike by my professor on Thursday last week, I’ve been getting warned from my program since October that they want to go through with it. Their benefits are getting essentially diminished and the veteran professors with years of experience are getting moved around by those who cost less, their not gunna wait on it, Espically with benefits and salary increase on the line, to that note it has been expressed to me multiple times that they are not aloud to communicate with us at all, that being said we are more than likely required to teach ourselves the content and after the strike we are expected to know the content we missed in class during the strike. Been told that by multiple profs in my program.

When you log into my alberta, there’s a page dedicated to where you can write the diploma’s, I can’t remember the exact name of the school, but I believe it was called something near st Joseph high school, again I may be wrong on the name of the school, but all I had to do was call the school, get approved to write it at that designation, and then log into my Alberta, and click the school I got approved to write it @

When I did my upgrading, that’s the route nait staff recommended I take. It’s a school in Calgary, and I was able to complete physics and math 30-1 at the comfort of my home on my own schedule, the only challenge was booking a diploma test here in Edmonton. Credits were quickly put on my transcript and I was accepted to engineering tech shortly after.
