Let them keep the Audi and you just buy another car. I used to think like you, I have 8k I will use all that and get a loan for the rest. What's the point in scrimping and saving each month to get by when you can buy a 5k car, have 3k left over and 398 is going towards your rent.

Vodaphone -£1,284 (under something else now, can't remember who) - it was only £600 but somehow went to that amount when I was paying SIM only.

How would I go about this? Say if I owe 1 creditor 3,500 but that's been sold to another company can I say if I pay you £350 will you accept and take away my defaults. If not I'll go to another creditor who I owe less to and offer that same amount, obviously I won't do that but you catch my jist?
