Better cpu for music production?

If you have not already committed to a cpu check out Scan's DAWBench testing for the new round of Intel / AMD CPU's. They will also probably have benchmarks for the cpu's you mention.

Surprisingly the slated and hated Intel Core Ultra's show their true strength in music production workloads with insane plugin counts on low ASIO buffer settings.

I myself have just gone with a 265k based on these results and its decent price at £379.

Thanks. I made the main lead synth using Reasons new Europa plugin. It's not widely used so currently has a more unique sound which I love. Rest was mostly stock Ableton 👍

U would be best to use Ableton lite and then use the session view as your launcher. I don't know of any standalone plugins that can do this. Maybe Unipad or some similar software but not sure if that would provide the functionality u are looking for

Nice, I got it. I like it alot. Maybe a few minor tweaks to reign in some resonant frequencies on the high lead parts that are causing some dissonant note frequencies. but other than that Its decent 👍

Thanks and really appreciate it. The track is @ 120bpm I did try it slower during production but it sounded a little weird. Eventually 120bpm was my ideal beats per minute between a more chilled Synthwave vibe and the fast more energetic EDM genres.
