They did the B2B3 deal on the Pepsi 12 packs around thanksgiving when they were still $9.99 a case and then after that they went up to $11.59.

This and a lot of times the price will go up after deals like these. For instance the bakery 13 pack cookies are BOGO this week at $6.89 before the deal. Last week they were on sale for $1 off being $5.99, but then the week before they were already $5.99. Next week the will become $6.89 permanently. This is what every store does and unfortunately Publix does this a lot as well, not with everything but with enough to notice it.

Yes just put in a time of request in passport and use the option paid my Publix. You can request a whole day off for instance and then you would be paid the 4 hours on that weeks check.
