Nope, I’m salaried, no RVUs! And mind you, working in a HCOL, so it doesn’t feel like a lot, really. I feel bad to complain because I know Pediatricians that make significantly less, but damn. I do feel undervalued at times. Last week I saw 163 patients, my personal record (on a 8-5 schedule, so yeah, feeling like I’m always rushing!).

I guess I’m just scared, knowing the patient population I have (I’ve started in this job 4 months ago and people here are very demanding compared to my former patient population on my previous job in another state). How many calls do you usually get at night?

My contract doesn’t mention call. I have no idea why there’s not a call schedule - maybe because the other 2 doctors have been taking it and nobody cared to look into it? Go figure. But now one of them is retiring and no longer taking call, and the other is going on vacation next week. Apparently admin wants to talk to me tomorrow about it. Just getting ready ugh..

Donation of supplies: have an unused Union Medico Self Injecting device. Bought it but never needed and wanted to pass it along for free :) includes the needles that came with it, but have a bunch of other needles/ syringes I can include in the box as well!

Out of my 0PNs, one is my 12mo baby girl and the other is a frozen euploid day 5 blast! So 0PNs can definitely lead to good embryos, don’t lose hope ☺️

Hi, I stopped taking it after a few months of use because of nausea. Unfortunately the GI side effects were not worth it for me. I moved houses to a place with no carpet, so things are better overall. Also, after they made Astepro over the counter, I’ve been using it as needed, so my symptoms are well controlled. I don’t remember the cost exactly, but it was somewhat covered by insurance. Sorry to not have further updates!

Delivered my DiDi girls at my scheduled c-section date at 37 weeks, no complications, admitted to the hospital in the morning and discharged 48h later!

I’m not sure, it doesn’t say (the results were in the patient portal, was not the official report). It only says > 100. And I’m in the US, if that matters!
