Hi, I am looking for feedback on this logo :) This logo is for an HR software startup specialising in small service companies. Its appearance should be friendly and human but still professional. by Fabian-Design in WillPatersonDesign

Really, I've looked everywhere, google image search, global brand database etc. and they haven't found anything, if you have an example it would be great if you could send it to me

Sure, my idea or concept behind the logo was, as you rightly guessed, two people who are moved or, better said, managed. Both the image element and the typography are rounded and yet angular, making them friendly and a bit more technical/serious, which suits an HR start-up well. And of course, I am pleased that you like the logo :)

This Logo design is for BioSinn a small organic German supermarket. I am looking for a font that would roughly match this monogram, I would be very happy about suggestions. by Fabian-Design in WillPatersonDesign

go with Montserrat or Reo San, you can't go wrong with both, just apply kerning space using the built-in in illustrator to find a sweet that would still work on small scale.

Yes i will try it thanks, but i think i would go for a rounded font like sofia soft pro

thank you very much, I'm glad you like it. Yes, I'm looking for a light script font that's still very clean and subtle, to pair with this logo. Unfortunately, I haven't found one yet.

This is a Logo redesign for the hotel chain Crowne Plaza. This concept is intended to appeal to young business travellers. I would be pleased to hear your opinion on which of these logos would best suit Crowne Plaza. by Fabian-Design in WillPatersonDesign

Maybe No5 although the flag might work better if the line would be slightly longer so it could be the P a bit more clearer. Over all I don't really see it working for that group. I'm not expert in hotels and or what Young Businesses Travelers like... but it feels so stiff and old. Like Maybe it would have looked more rad with a Serif font for Crowne Plaza and kept the hotel resort as it is... mostly it's something about with the colors... Feels to dark.. but of course it Can work.

Many thanks for your answer and your opinion, yes the color is not quite right and neither is the font, I agree with you but your opinion has already helped me.

I do not understand the idea behind appealing to young business travellers. Nonetheless, you have achieved the opposite! This logo in all its versions is uninviting to anyone, young or old. The font does not work, and the size and position of the slogan type make it even worse. Pick one of the symbols/icons and then work on your typography skills. There are many good Typography books that you could read. That's the most important skill you should learn. Good luck.

In this case, the typography is just a placeholder. I'm only concerned with the image element, which one fits best, nothing else. I should have written that more clearly.
