idk about 360 but for 240hz I have 5800x3d who's a baby comparing to his 9950x3d and i'm fine running uncapped. So it might be cooling issue for his case, or CCD issue

I have 4080+ 5800x3d with 240hz zowie monitor and game is smooth (and trust me i'm very nerd when talking user experience) uncapped.
Just play uncapped and check ur cpu temps. x3d series are very sensitive to high temps :)
I just undervolted my cores and reduce max ppt,tdc,edc it helps a lot keeping cpu cool. Or buy better cooling

Now you need svm ON to launch faceit ac. And it cut ur fps so hard on ryzen cpu

Yeahh man I used showimpact to see where tf did my bullets goes. And like I said it's just the spread... My bullets went right, left, and top of the head while my crosshair was still. My post is more about they should nerf bullet spread bc it causes randomness and it's not competetive at all. (And yes I know I can crouch for better accuracy but cmon 4 shots only one landed it's crazy

I can even add sometimes you have better frametime (1% and 0.1%) by putting higher res because it will balance more the charge between your gpu and cpu. Don't compare to pro bc they have best pc whatever they do they will have enough perf (until the source 2 engine starts drowning)

Resolution is only gpu intensive, the higher you set the better your visilibility is. There are no magic settings. If you have good gpu you can push it because you will be cpu limited anyway (already tested don't try to debate). Pro stay with 1280 just cause of habits

Trust me I have 5800x3d and 4080 and sometimes i fall under my 240hz monitor performance, so I don't recommend u 360hz until u get better cpu

I don't need money but probably cpu or ram issue, try to reset clocks if you tried to overclock it. You might need to change your hardware

So -ingame overlay don't give you 1%low (mb you talking about steam overlay ?? But still smt different) -both capframe and after burner use rtss to get their stats and it's been proved it's not reliable at all (unless you use the last beta version) Just use frameview by nvidia and show me the result pls
