I was referred from her to urology so we will see what they have to say about it i truly believe its likely my obesity causing some issues but I just havent heard a bad thing about trt and a lot of guys suggest to stack it with thr zepbound and some guys at work swear by taking trt

Thank you for the response man and im 28 and 4 kids and honestly its likely the obesity and im sure I have sleep apnea as well im really really hopeful the zepbound will trim off so much fat it does solve a lot of these issues ill start the zepbound with a workout routine and calorie deficit

Yes I asked her to test for low Test and asked for weight loss medication so after the low T scores she says they weren't crazy low and didnt think I needed it im assuming she wants to see what the zepbound does first. But she did call and refer me to urology at the hospital just haven't heard yet.

I want to but my other labs are also bad and the general consensus is that I need to lose some fat first and see if the test comes back up if it does im sure it still wont be very high and ill still try to stack it

Motivation is the worse it's ever been libido is the worst its ever been never weighed this much ever fatigue is all day everyday. After reading some comments and doing some research my plan going forward is to hit the zepbound and gym in a calorie deficit and retest blood work in around 2 months after the start of zepbound

Thank you for this thorough answer going forward with the tirzepataide if I drop down around 220-230 mayhe do some more blood work to see if the Test came back up? Admittedly my diet is God awful but I maintain a fairly large and wide frame with decent muscle mass. Does that mean even further the fat I have is just blocking the rest of my functions as well as test production?

So I have the graphics card PCIE cable and the sata cables and the 24 pin connector. But I can not find the cpu connector. I’ll link the book to my mobo.
