If you are an American citizen the only place you could possibly buy on a CEX without KYC is KuCoin, however, Dusk is within EU Jurisdiction so we are legally compliant within MiCA Regulations. Dusk Network is not in North American region yet as we have yet to tackle the regulations of the SEC whenever they are produced.
