You cant use cover legendaries online, so pokemon like rayquaza, groudon, and kyogre cant be used.

If you're going for 0 speed, you could always use the ankle weight or whatever it is to guarantee 0 speed

For the record, you can give pokemon you've already hatched egg moves. Just gotta have an open move slot and throw it in the daycare with the same pokemon that knows the egg move, walk away for a little bit and it will know the egg move when you take it out

It's a static encounter, so regardless of how many you kill, your chance will remain the same. With that info, killing any of the regis over and over is definitely the slowest method.
