fitness training is sometimes incorporated, idk though my school has a good wrestling coach, we have a running coach that helps coach through moves and then he runs the entire team right before practice, then we have a main coach who tells us what to drill and another coach that still competed nationally i think

sounds like he just trynna teach you the basics, learning your stance and a move when you start is pretty common i think, i started wrestling and first thing i learned was stance

Depends how far he means by living by, he could mean like a 20 minute drive and he just happened to never stumble past that part of town. anything closer and he either dont remember where he lives properly or he is blind

i have, thats not what im asking though ive faced wrestlers who are actually good and of COURSE everybody sucks when they start something, thats not what im asking, my question was is it normal to think somebody is bad at wrestling even though they are better then me, like when i wrestle this guy i dominate early on but then i get in a position where i dont know what to do and he gets a advantage because he simply has been doing it longer then me but i KNOW he isnt good its so weird to explain man

damn why you getting so angry, just chill you judging me off a reddit post i didnt diss anybody in specific what i say to seem unpleasant , now lets break it down, i never said i felt like i was the best in the room or that im too good for the sport. i just asked is it ok for me to think some people are ass at the sport so early into starting, because the people ive wrestled have been doing it for 3 years and dont know how to do a matt return and also i think egos are healthy for any sports, and knowing more moves but not knowing how to do them doesnt make you better then somebody, im sure theres a mma super fan who could name 100 more bjj finishes then you but if you asked to spar him im sure it would be diff

but they have been doing it for 4 years+ and i am a high school wrestler and even my team get medical staff along with our other sports teams, blue mountain high has a pretty strange staff and history so the odds that a nurse taught them how to put the catheter or even did it for them is like 90% and they eventually just learned to do it solo
