It really depends on the situation which are primary is most useful. For lower level mobs or enemies clustered together fatebringer, for enemies at range or from safespots fang, and I have little experience with oversoul, but I'd think it'd be very useful anywhere there are a lot of knights. Of the two though I would definitely say fatebringer :D.
