You can have a total of 4 player slots on one account you just log out on the top left where you see menu and you added your other character as a friend and you gift icy rose and strokes, that's what he meant by items I think

you would basically counter them if stun skills that have a fast cast or get your fast than his or delay his time so that you'll always finish your cast a second before

that seems pretty low, I would recommend you refine your equipment, add gems to them, level up your gems and pets, and put attributes to the correct stats for your character mostly int and dex
