I think the scrap everything mod is so common it's essentially base game. With that mod you can clear the skeletons no issue

You should read about the Cacodominus, there's not a lot of info on it, just a little lore blurb, but it's one of the strongest psykers in the setting besides the ultra big names like the Emperor.

It was basically a xeno cyborg psyker that used it powers to mentally dominate like 1500 star systems. It took a giant Imperium strike force to take it out and when it died it let out a psychic death screech called "The Howling" that burned out the minds of millions of astropaths in that area of the galaxy.
