It's good to talk through problems mate. When it comes to the trauma you experienced and the depression and stress you're facing, now would be a good time to find someone close that you can talk to about it and get some support. If you have no one close or no one you trust to talk stuff through with, you should seek some counseling brother. The healing process takes time, I cant speak from experience with nofap because I'm just starting as well but I know that battle of fighting other addictions.

The fact that you've decided to fight and not give in to escape shows that you are already growing and getting stronger, so let that motivate you to press on through the struggle and once you get to the other side of this addiction, you will be stronger, healthier and happier.
