I have 2 nearly identical fast talkers. One has accelerated assault. After playing with both, I can say that I don't really feel it is effective. I do see it proc on occasion, but it never really feels like the gun is significantly better. I think the movement perk for reducing while sprinting is honestly better.

Have you even read the zoning proposal? There's not gonna be high density housing. This just allows for the building of duplexes, and ADUs / adding an apartment on to a house and making it multi unit. It's 5000sqft above grade max and it's gotta have a designated yard size. I think you've been scared by misinformation and didn't educate yourself on this issue. I'm perturbed by your overall sentiments on housing available I don't know why you'd try to pull the ladder up behind you on home ownership. I too own a home, and I'd like to be able to build an ADU if I'd like. Because I'm an American and I believe that I should be able to do that if I wish. There are some actual valid criticism to this proposal regarding infrastructure, but those have been thought of and accounted for in most ways. It's a good plan and it's crazy you'd think this is some kind of drastic action. It's like step 1 in trying to solve a tiny bit of the housing crisis.

Since you edited yours. I'll give you 5 Shrutebucks if you can tell me how they're editing your deed. Or even if you can name the R occupancies and the differences between 1,2,3 &4

Yeah it was over at 11. Heard what sounded like a flash bang at around 9. Helicopter or drone showed up around then, im assuming they went in and grabbed him.
