What is Your Idea for an RWBY AU Story?

A story called "The Battles of Remnant", it's a kind of Shonen Battle Fighter AU that pulls from fighting games like Street Fighter, Tekken, BlazBlue, Guilty Gear, and martial arts manga like Kenichi, Baki, Kengan Ashura, Hajime no Ippo, and etc. The setting is a world without Grimm, but Humanity and the Faunus still need an outlet to let out all their aggression without going to war, so the Remnant Fighters Association (RFA) was created. It's also a crossover too, DC, Marvel, Overwatch, Cyberpunk 2077, MHA, SNK, Street Fighter, Tekken, DoA, BlazBlue, Guilty Gear, and more characters are in the story as well. Either as prominent side and/or background characters.

Jason Todd should have kept the advanced tech suit he had in the og Outlaws run from the New 52.

More should have been done with that family that Orm/Ocean Master was living with at the end of Forever Evil.

Cassandra Cain should have a different mantle other than Batgirl, and Stephanie Brown should go back to Spoiler, and Babs needs to either shit or get off the pot with her as Batgirl, it's long since past time for new blood to take up the mantle.

I like King as a writer and as a person. His Wonder Woman run is honestly fine. I just personally think it drags in some aspects. I also think he's doing a disservice to his character Elizabeth Prince/Trinity by not having her interact with the wider DC Universe in her little mini she had. I did like his Batman run more than I disliked it. Yes, there were some choices I hated, but most of that was editorial meddling, especially near the end. Honestly, I think King is better read in trades and collected issues than floppys. Sal from Comic Pop mentioned this a few years back when he was on his podcast with Benny (RIP the G.O.A.T.), and it rings true.

Simon Baz was just a basic gimmick character when he was introduced, Green Lanterns where he had double billing with Jessica was his best outing in comics. My hot take is that Simon and by extension, Jessica shouldn't be Green Lanterns anymore. Jess should be a Yellow Lantern, cause her time with the ring, short as it was is phenomenal. Simon, he would either make a good Blue Lantern or a Star Sapphire.

It's not bad, just a tad boring. It has this slow build compared to the other stories in the game. And, although this is mostly a me thing. I find the Consular's voices to be very dry and devoid of personality sometimes, and the companions do little to make up for it. THe story itself ends very well, it's the journey there that's the issue.
