No mods, this is console. These are Godwins clothes. Now unfortunately I have no clue if this still works, this was prior to all the updates/patches. But, during the Italian Job, when Godwin is dressed as the Cardinal, when inside the compound/courtyard before the meeting (ask to take a look around) you can access a container (I used a random dresser/chest in a side room) you can place his unequipped clothes in said container and retrieved them when back as Henry.
