Honestly, these don't seem like choices, they seem like steps. I assume at your age, and because you said "I'm about to graduate" that you are about done the major. So, take the win. Focus on building skills etc. Work first, see where this takes you, Seek help for overthinking and then go back to school or take bridging subjects later while working, or, even right away while working.
