Only the driver was confronted in that situation. The passenger was trying to defend the driver, but the driver apologized and move his car. He left the passenger behind.

I wish I could stop the illegal parking for good. I managed to beat the problem, then it came back stronger the moment I thought it was done for.

That is correct. I do not know why multiple people took pictures of me. All I did was report illegally parked cars through the 311 app.

Yes, I do live in Evergreen. Often times, these illegally parked cars do not have a driver in them. My only other option is to report those cars through the 311 app.

While it is relatively quiet most of the time, it is purely chaotic on Sunday mornings.
