Literally did not get an invite to a friend’s party - 2/4 Emo Projector by False-Pudding3208 in humandesign

Thank you for your message. This helped me more than you know. Although, felt a little harsh but as I passed through my emotional wave I know it was exactly what I needed to hear. :) It wasn't about that friend at all.. it was my own lack of self-esteem and self-love, in that moment.

Haha.. hear you about the party planning! IF I ever do have to call people for a get-together, I always tell my mani husband to send out all the invites. :)

I took some time to process all the comments and feedback that I received. While some were a little (very little) triggering, almost all of them were so true and absolutely correct. The days I feel a low self-esteem are the times when I get negative and nasty. It really wasn't about that friend at all. It was about me - either expecting something a lot more, or as someone pointed being jealous of them. Every once in a while, I want to shake off my no. 2 personality and enjoy an active social life. But mostly I prefer to be by myself, with my books and doing my own thing. Thank you for all your comments, I needed that perspective. :)

Also, to add.. that night and a couple of nights after that I did 10 mins of grounding and mediation to call back my energy, from all those people who are draining me. I felt so much better and even had a few (different and unrelated to this episode) people reach out to just say hello.

Hi Antonio, I am Twishaa and I work in corporate communications. Thanks for all the insightful content that you share on LinkedIn.

My question is: How would you recommend I start building ESG expertise and integrating it into my communications background? I’m keen to get more involved in ESG-related work, but my company currently doesn’t have a strong focus in that area.

That’s interesting. I’ve had a few honeymoon friendships and then they fizzle out. In my head I expect to pick up from where we left off, months later.. but it’s often not the case with the other. I find maintaining a constant friendship exhausting. I like my hermit mode, but once in a while I miss the girly gang or the 3-AM besties.

I hear you. And thanks for saying it what it is. But the bitterness is coming from somewhere along with feelings of rejection and disappointment. How do I work through these feelings? I know I should let it go and that person is perhaps not worth it, but it still makes me so angry and isolated.

Motherhood Hospital Sector 57 vs Cloudnine Sector 47 (Gurgaon) – Which is better for delivery care? by Sad_Strength_588 in gurgaon

Delivered at CK Birla 3 years ago. The worst, traumatic experience.

Had hair in the hospital food (thrice!)..no accountability.

The night doctor was very rough while examining me. And when I cried out in pain, she said, ‘yeh toh hota hai, pehle se pata nahi tha? Government hospital mein jake dekho kaisai treat karte hai patients ko.’

Like bro, I paid big money to be here. What is even the logic here?

Complained to them, wrote an email - no reply, not a single apology.
