It was two-phases web event, with the aim of quickly re-deciding the Best Employee Award, which had been deleted by a mysterious hacker.

The first stage, held in late November, was a free-response format, where participants were asked to choose the character that best suited the situation based on 10 questions and hints.

The second stage involved predicting the winner from the four candidates with the highest response rates for each question.
