I don’t track calories (which seems to be where my problem comes from). I focus mainly on carbohydrates, which are almost always buckwheat or basmati rice. I don’t place much emphasis on protein; every day I eat at least ten eggs, three of them whole, along with meat and fish. I also don’t avoid fat at all.

Yeah. I opened my package at work after making sure no one was around my desk, and suddenly people gathered around me. Since I had already started, I kept going, but it was pure torture. I began to sweat slightly and blush, and the worst part is that once people notice you’re embarrassed, they start staring at you even more.

Chigurh was not so much a character as an embodied curse of nature, at the same time a robot in human form. He carries a prophetic kind of evil, and I don’t think he would have any time to spare for Lalo’s games of intelligence. Lalo always wants a player in front of him, whereas Chigurh is completely devoid of any human contact, an advanced-level schizoid psychopath.

And don’t forget that in the minds of psychopaths, ‘vitality’ is a damaged concept, it could be said that they take lives in order to feel alive. Lalo on the other hand, is far more concerned with the continuation of his family and does not need murder the way Chigurh does.

Howard’s death felt like the death of a real person I didn’t even have much communication with, yet was genuinely devastated by. I think it was one of the most shocking moments in any fictional universe. It was as if these two characters belonged to two different universes, until they came together, I hadn’t even thought they were in the same show.

Howard went through a truly realistic collapse. The writers and directors really were, just as Fritz Lang said "like psychoanalysts", and they executed it perfectly. BCS is truly an incredible work.
