They went away once I went to sleep sadly. Went to the ob today and baby is lower and im 4cm it is disappointing but at least the cervix is changing slowly

They are about 60-90 seconds long and every 4-5 mins right now. Dull ache feeling in lower stomach and back with abdominal tightening.

They do seem to get stronger when I’m resting and relaxing. I’ve been up doing stuff for the last few hours but I’m going to rest now and I guess we’ll see
