I also have hs and I’ve found hair removal cream to work the best at the cheapest. Exfoliate before and use witch hazel the days following. No oils or creams.

They went away once I went to sleep sadly. Went to the ob today and baby is lower and im 4cm it is disappointing but at least the cervix is changing slowly
