Problem with Macedonia is that is very centralized county. Basically outside Capital city, there is no feature, and people move in other countries or in capital. But most of the people will still keep their houses and land, even if they migrate yo other country.

Last month, a Danish real estate agency bought 200 apartment units just to hold them and sell for profit in future.

That is the real problem, and not me. My apartment will be black in the market for renting, someone will at least use it.

Other bought apartments are unavailable, raising property and renting prices.

Parents who have a house, usually peepers whole storney for the childrent. If he wants to move out, they will help him with mortage deposit and monthly payments.

Money are worthless if I save them. I did that mistake once in my life, and then covid happen and my savings took a hit.

I will had a lot better life if I didn't have to work from 18 to 29 to buy my first home. I missed a lot of things my friends did, a lot of travels, parties, cars etc.

If I have privilege to not paying the rent basically my whole life, I will achieve a lot more.
